As President of Silicato Development, Dennis Silicato has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate and development. Dennis has developed Power centers, regional shopping centers, housing developments, industrial complexes and more.
He oversees each aspect of the development process personally, including the purchase of real estate, engineering, approvals, financing, construction and property management/leasing/sale. Dennis has become a master of commercial real estate processes and is able to execute large-scale land deals and real estate transactions at the highest level. Through his experience and approach, he has developed long-standing relationships with national and local corporations and retailers.
Dennis holds a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Delaware. He earned his CCIM designation, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a licensed real estate broker in Delaware and Maryland. Dennis also sits on the Executive committee of Delaware’s County Bank. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, gardening, watching sports and spending time with his grandchildren.
Nicole Silicato Miller
Nicole Silicato Miller is Vice President and Broker of Record at Silicato Commercial Realty and Development. For 15 years, Nicole has specialized in the leasing of shopping centers and office buildings throughout Maryland and Delaware. She now leads new development projects from concept design through the development and leasing processes.
Nicole serves as a Corporate Board member for the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware; a Founding member of the Great Futures Fund, and is a member of the Board of Trustees for Worcester Preparatory School.
Nicole received her BSBA from the University of Delaware and her JD from Widener University School of Law. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Delaware.
Leanne Silicato Prosser
Leanne Silicato Prosser is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Silicato Commercial Realty and Development. Leanne specializes in project and property management of commercial shopping centers and office buildings throughout Maryland and Delaware. She leads new development projects from concept through development and oversees property management.
Leanne graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University in 2003 with degrees in English Textual Studies and Inclusive Education. For 10 years, Leanne owned and operated Make My Day Event Planning and Maven Event Management & Consulting, providing professional planning and venue consulting services for the largest weddings and corporate functions in Delaware and Maryland.
Leanne loves giving back and is proud to serve as a Board member for the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware Board of Trustees; a Board member on the Oak Orchard/Millsboro Boys & Girls Club Board; and a Founding member of the Great Futures Fund. She is also a proud Beebe Healthcare, 1916 Club Member. Outside of work, Leanne enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and watching Syracuse basketball games. Her favorite quote which she lives by is, “Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing.”
